Connect ChatGPT or Claude to NeoMind

The NeoMind connector lets you run your AI team from the chat app you already use. Ask ChatGPT or Claude what happened today, read new enquiries and leads, talk to any AI teammate, and approve or reject the work waiting on you — without opening the dashboard.

What it is

The connector is a secure link between your NeoMind account and your own ChatGPT or Claude account. Once you add it, the AI app can look things up in NeoMind and carry out a small set of everyday actions for you — but only after you sign in with your NeoMind login and approve the connection. It works with your business’s data only, and you can disconnect it at any time.

It’s available on every paid NeoMind plan and during a free trial. The address you add is:

https://app.neomindhub.com/mcp

What you can do

  • Get a briefing — what happened since you last looked and what’s waiting on you.
  • Read enquiries and conversations — list recent enquiries and conversations and open any one in full.
  • See your leads — who got in touch, how to reach them and where each lead stands.
  • Check your AI team — list the AI teammates you have switched on.
  • Talk to an AI teammate — send a message and get their reply. It’s the same chat you see in NeoMind, so you can pick it up in the app later.
  • Approve or reject work — see the posts, articles, emails and changes waiting for your sign-off, and approve or reject them.
  • Mark a lead as do-not-contact — so nobody on your AI team reaches out to them again.

Things you might ask once it’s connected:

  • “Using NeoMind, what happened yesterday and what needs me today?”
  • “Show me this week’s new enquiries and summarise the three most promising.”
  • “What’s waiting for my approval in NeoMind?”Then: “Approve the Instagram post, reject the newsletter.”
  • “Ask my marketing teammate what they’re planning for next week.”
  • “Mark the lead who called about the old quote as do not contact.”

If you only have Simon on your website and no other AI teammates switched on, the connector can read your enquiries and leads. Talking to teammates and approvals appear once you have AI teammates on.

Set up in Claude

  1. Open connector settings. In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors.
  2. Add a custom connector. Choose Add custom connector, name it “NeoMind” and paste https://app.neomindhub.com/mcp as the URL.
  3. Connect. Select Connect. A NeoMind sign-in page opens.
  4. Sign in and allow. Sign in with your usual NeoMind login, check the access you’re granting, then choose Allow.
  5. Start asking. Back in Claude, make sure NeoMind is switched on for your chat and ask your first question.

If you use Claude through a work or team account, your Claude administrator may need to add the connector for your organisation first.

Set up in ChatGPT

  1. Open connector settings. In ChatGPT, go to Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced and turn on Developer mode.
  2. Create the connector. Back in Apps & Connectors, choose Create, name it “NeoMind”, paste https://app.neomindhub.com/mcp as the URL and choose OAuth for authentication.
  3. Sign in and allow. A NeoMind sign-in page opens. Sign in with your usual NeoMind login, check the access you’re granting, then choose Allow.
  4. Start asking. In a new chat, add NeoMind from the tools menu and ask your first question.

Developer mode isn’t offered on every ChatGPT plan or workspace. When NeoMind is listed in the ChatGPT app directory you’ll be able to skip these steps — just search for “NeoMind”, choose Connect, sign in and allow.

What it can’t do

  • No settings, billing or connections. It can’t change your NeoMind settings, plan or billing, or your connected accounts. Those stay in the dashboard.
  • No shortcuts around your rules. Approving from ChatGPT or Claude follows exactly the same rules as approving in NeoMind. For example, businesses in regulated industries never have content published automatically, whichever way it’s approved.
  • Only your business. It only ever sees the business you signed in to, and only what your NeoMind login can see.

Staying in control

  • Your sign-in, your approval. Nothing is shared until you sign in with your NeoMind login and choose Allow on the NeoMind approval screen.
  • Disconnect any time. In NeoMind, go to Settings → Connected apps and revoke the connection. It stops working straight away. You can also remove it from ChatGPT or Claude.
  • Access ends automatically if you’re removed from your business’s NeoMind team, or the account is paused or closed.
  • Every action is recorded. Approvals, rejections, messages to teammates and do-not-contact changes are logged as done via ChatGPT or Claude, so you can always see what happened and where it came from.

Privacy

When you ask a question, NeoMind sends the answer — for example your team’s activity, enquiries, conversations, leads or items awaiting approval — to the AI app you connected. From there, OpenAI (ChatGPT) or Anthropic (Claude) processes it under your own account with them and their terms. On our side we keep only what’s needed to run the connection: scrambled (hashed) access tokens and a record of which app is connected and when it was last used, until you disconnect. We don’t sell your data or use it to train AI models. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
